The Swim Ireland Munster Annual Regional Conference (ARC) will take place on Friday 16th February 2024 at 7.30pm at Mallow GAA, Mallow, Co. Cork. Clubs have been emailed the following information. The next Munster Skill Clinic for Coaches will focus on the back-to-breast transition, and more specifically on analysis and drills that can be used to teach the crossover turn with age group swimmers. The Munster Minor Swimming Championships will be held at UL Arena in Limerick on Sunday 15th October. These clinics are open to all competitive swimmers, depending on age the only requisite is to have a competitive or special-competitive swim membership.
