Skill Clinic for Coaches - Back to Breast Crossover Turn

The next Munster Skill Clinic for Coaches will focus on the back-to-breast transition, and more specifically on analysis and drills that can be used to teach the crossover turn with age group swimmers. The Clinic is aimed at Coaches working with young athletes, but the content of this Clinic will be extremely relevant to Coaches working with a wide range of swimmers (how many of our athletes perform a fast and effective back to breast transition, and how many of them know how to perform a good crossover turn?).

These are some good coaching questions that we might try to answer together.

The first of these clinics is happening just next week in Ennis (01/11/2023, which I, Carlo Boni, will deliver), and the other 2 will be in December - Clonmel and Mayfield – Cork (Saturday morning, 09/12/2023) hosted by the Clonmel SC and Dolphin SC and delivered by the respective Head Coach Niamh Whelan and Mick McCormack.
